What to Expect

When you attend a worship service on Sunday morning or Wednesday night here are some things to expect:

A warm welcome
Fairview folks are known for a friendly spirit. People will be at both of our main entrances to direct and take you to worship, Sunday School or where to take your children. If you have preschoolers or children, we suggest parking in the rear of the church and entering through those doors as this is closer to our preschool and children classrooms.

Good Teaching
The Word of God is always central in our worship and our Sunday School classes.

Worship that is done well
We offer two different styles of worship, contemporary and traditional, but our main concern is that each person encounters the living God.

No Dress Code
There will be folks attending Sunday morning in coat and tie as well as in very casual attire. Wednesday nights are casual. We don’t care what you wear, just come!

A safe place for your children and youth
Preschoolers, children (grades 1-6), and youth (grades 7-12) have Sunday School at the same time as adults. Their classes are divided by age or grade.  Children and youth are in the Sunday morning worship service, but on Wednesday night they have their own worship during our Hour of Encouragement for adults. Preschool children are in their department during both Sunday morning and Wednesday night services. We have great teachers and leaders who seek to help the whole family in their spiritual journey. We have a check-in system and security measures that are designed to protect your children.
